The GZW-I type anti explosion pipeline flame arrester is a new type of combustible gas pipeline flame arrester, which belongs to the updated and upgraded new product.
The flame arrester has been jointly tested by the University of Science and Technology of China and the Tianjin Fire Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security, and its performance fully complies with the provisions of GB13347-92 "Fire Arrest Performance and Test Methods for Flame Arresters in Petroleum Gas Pipelines". The structure is reasonable, and the fire-resistant layer is made of stainless steel material, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The shell is made of various materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and cast steel, which can meet the needs of different process pipelines.

2. Torch system.
3. Oil and gas recovery system.
4. The pipe network for heating furnace fuel gas.
5. Gas purification and chemical system.
6. Gas analysis system.
7. Coal mine gas emission system. Main performance: 1. The flame arrester has undergone 13 consecutive subsonic flame tests and is able to prevent the flame from passing through each time.
2. There is no leakage in the 2.4MPa hydrostatic test.

Maintenance and repair In order to ensure the safe use of flame arresters, they should be regularly inspected and maintained. 1. The flame arrester should be inspected every six months to check whether the flame arrester core is blocked, deformed, corroded, etc. 2. The blocked fire-resistant layer core should be cleaned thoroughly to ensure that each hole on the core is unobstructed, and any deformed or corroded fire-resistant layer should be replaced. 3. When reinstalling the fire-resistant layer core, it should be ensured that the joint surface is tight and there is no air leakage. |
